Our legal counsel is provided based on the agreement established with each client. Services include advice, representation, and document preparation in specified legal domains. All services are rendered subject to German law and professional regulations.
GubernaJok maintains strict attorney-client privilege. All information shared remains confidential and protected under German legal professional standards and GDPR requirements.
GubernaJok is not liable for damages arising from client non-compliance with legal advice, external factors beyond our control, or decisions made by third parties. Our liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Work product created during engagement remains the property of GubernaJok until all fees are paid. Clients retain rights to use materials for their intended legal purpose.
Disputes shall be governed by German law and resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with German legal procedures.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
GubernaJok complies fully with GDPR and German data protection laws. Personal data is processed only for legal service delivery and client communication.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
